Personal Care Assistant Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-home personal care, assisting with daily living activities such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, and laundry & ironing.
  • Deliver personalized care aligned with each client's unique care plan.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior.
  • Work as a team to create a positive experience for our clients.
  • Support with transportation needs, helping with shopping trips and appointments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current driver's license and your own vehicle (with comprehensive insurance).
  • Willingness to travel to clients' homes within specified service locations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Flexibility in working hours and approach.
