Home Care Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking experienced support workers to join our team in providing high-quality home care services to older members of our community.

This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives and providing compassionate care in their own homes.

  • Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or Aged Care qualification
  • Commitment to work in harmony with Catholic values and principles
  • An energetic, positive attitude with a genuine interest in and compassion for people
  • First Aid/CPR certification
  • Professional experience in the care sector
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team
  • The ability to observe accurately and follow directions precisely
  • Basic computer and phone skills with willingness to undergo training if needed
  • Flexibility to be able to work a range of shifts between Monday to Sunday
Job Description:

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting older members of our community to maintain their independence and live safely and comfortably at home.

You will deliver a variety of personalised services, including personal care, medication assistance, light meal preparation, domestic tasks, and transport to and from appointments.

Your empathetic approach will ensure that each client receives respectful, attentive support that promotes their dignity, wellbeing, and independence.
