We seek a motivated Store Manager with the ability to understand our high-quality, technical products and lead the team at Echuca Store

The Company

The Role

In this role you will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the store, including coordinating rosters, battery fitting, managing stock and revenue, merchandising. You will be responsible for the supervision, performance management, and training and mentoring of all in-store staff.

You will consistently deliver a high level of customer service whilst solution selling to fulfil customers' needs.

No previous Battery Knowledge is required, just a thirst for learning and eagerness to become a true Batteryologist.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you must have

  • Experience in store management and total store operations
  • Experience supervising and mentoring staff
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products
  • Valid manual driver's license
