Director of Strategic Oversight

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Governance professional to provide strategic oversight of our governance, risk, and compliance functions.
Main Responsibilities:- Leverage expertise to develop and implement corporate policies and online training programs;
- Manage key compliance registers and oversee policy frameworks;
- Establish and maintain governance and risk frameworks that address current requirements and emerging trends;
- Coordinate quarterly and annual planning and reporting deliverables;
- Serve as the organization's liaison with regulatory bodies and industry associations;
- Proven experience leading corporate governance functions and providing strategic advice in complex environments;
- In-depth understanding of statutory compliance obligations, including policy frameworks and declarations of interest;
- Demonstrated ability to manage strategic projects and reporting cycles;
- Strong communicator with the ability to clarify and influence broad issues across all levels of the organization;
This is a full-time position for an initial term of 5 years. The remuneration package includes a salary range of $190,000-$200,000 per annum commensurate with experience, plus superannuation benefits.
