We are seeking a reliable and motivated Packer with occasional delivery duties to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring our products are prepared, packed, and delivered efficiently and on time.
About the RoleThis position involves picking, packing, and labeling products with attention to detail. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing orders accurately for dispatch, loading and unloading goods, and occasionally delivering products to customers in a timely manner. Working in a coolroom environment (0 degrees) to handle perishable items and maintaining a clean and organized workspace are also key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Picking, packing, and labeling products with precision and accuracy.
- Preparing orders accurately for dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
- Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
- Ocassionally delivering products to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to meet food safety standards.
- A valid and clean driver's license is required.
- The ability to work in a coolroom environment (0 degrees) is essential.
- The successful candidate must be physically fit, capable of handling fast-paced work with repetitive lifting.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality is required.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team player attitude are essential qualities for this role.
