Marketing Professional

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement across Lakelands and neighbourhood shopping centres.

  • Craft and manage end-to-end campaigns, advertising, promotions, and in-centre events to maximize reach and impact.
  • Lead the creation and execution of digital content, social media strategies, and community engagement plans to foster strong relationships with retailers, agencies, and suppliers.
  • Analyse and report on marketing performance across all centres, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver results-driven campaign outcomes and maintain effective communication throughout.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within retail property or a related field.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients.
