About the Role: The Program Producer is a key position that provides creative support and coordination of public programming that explores and delivers outcomes for audiences across applied arts content area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop and deliver programs with an Applied Arts focus across all physical and digital platforms.
  • To advocate for the development and delivery of programs that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
  • To provide strategic guidance on the creation of engaging experiences that align with the museum's goals and objectives.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program execution and evaluation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as arts management, cultural studies, or education.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in program development, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering programs that engage diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
