This role is responsible for coordinating localisation and services of approved assets internally and externally on allocated film campaigns. The creative services executive will work closely with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials. Key responsibilities include:

  • Briefing and localising paid media creative assets (including digital and social AV) on allocated Universal films
  • Coordinating the approval and distribution of creative materials to internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Managing material deadlines and creative localisation timelines on allocated UPI films
  • Providing a summary of creative direction and assets available to the marketing team

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid media formats and required materials, including technical requirements and language related to creative requirements. Excellent administration and organisational skills are essential, as well as strong Windows office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). The ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment is also crucial.

We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A background in design or marketing would be advantageous, as would experience working with design-based programs such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro Video Editing, and InDesign. A degree in Media Communication or Marketing is desirable but not necessary.
