Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Mental Health Specialist to join our team in Albury, NSW. As a key member of our workforce rehabilitation program, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals.

Your primary focus will be on working collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community.

  • Provide individualized mental health assessments and interventions;
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support services;
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field;
  • Registration as a General Psychologist with AHPRA or Accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker with AASW;
  • Proven experience in workforce rehabilitation or a similar field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning;
