About the Role

Job Summary

The Clinical Education Pharmacist - Mental Health position plays a vital role in enhancing the knowledge and skills of pharmacists working within the Early Career Mental Health Program for the Victorian Department of Health.

This position is designed to support pharmacists in developing their clinical expertise across various settings and teams in adult and older adult mental health services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide education, training, and mentorship to early career pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with consumers, families, carers, supporters, and multidisciplinary teams to promote high-quality clinical pharmacy services and mental health care.
  • Develop and implement a structured learning and development program that emphasizes growth, reflective practice, supervision, and self-care.

Employment Type: This is a fixed part-time opportunity for 18 months (8 hours per week).
