We are seeking an experienced and passionate Community Development Specialist to join our team at the Benevolent Society.

Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong partnerships with local organizations, stakeholders, and community groups to build trust and collaborative networks.
- Develop and implement effective community engagement strategies, incorporating data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Support and advise community partners on program planning, resource allocation, and capacity-building activities.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to track progress, outcomes, and best practices.

Your Qualifications and Experience
- A degree qualification in community services, social work, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven expertise in community development, stakeholder engagement, and program management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- An understanding of the needs and challenges faced by diverse communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
