Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Community Development Specialist to join our team in NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing community-building initiatives across our masterplanned communities.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with our development teams to plan and deliver a range of programs, projects, and events that promote social sustainability and enhance the overall living experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Community Development Strategies for each project, working closely with stakeholders to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of programs, projects, activities, and events to improve resident outcomes and community engagement.
  • Foster opportunities for community members to participate in generating ideas, planning, and delivering programs, projects, and services that positively impact the community.
  • Ensure community spaces and amenities are well-activated and utilised by the community.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with residents, community groups, local government, and project teams to achieve community and project objectives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in community development, particularly stakeholder and community liaison, consultation, and communication.
  • Proven acumen in community event management from concept through to promotion and delivery.
  • Experience working with diverse cultural communities and establishing meaningful connections between residents.
  • Knowledge of master-planned communities and greenfield developments is preferred.
