Job Description

We are seeking an experienced production coordinator to manage the critical path end-to-end and ensure quality control in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage production lifecycle, maintaining the Critical Path for timely sample development and on-time product delivery.
  • Liaise with local and offshore suppliers for product manufacturing.
  • Oversee Quality Control to ensure products meet required standards.

This role plays a vital part in our company's success by ensuring seamless operations from start to finish.

Critical Responsibilities:
  1. Manage production timelines, guaranteeing on-time delivery of high-quality products.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers to secure top-notch materials.
  3. Implement robust quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
To Be Successful:

You will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in production coordination or supply chain management within the fashion industry.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, supplier relationships, and logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PLM, and ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with international shipping regulations and sustainability certifications.
