Job Role Overview:

The Employer Accounts Team plays a vital role in delivering high-quality services across all areas of MAX Solutions nationally.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Validating placements and wage subsidy management for national account Employers
  • Tracking placements to outcome, ensuring efficient operations and effective services delivery
  • Contributing to daily tasks and risk mitigation for the broader organisation
  • Conducting de-brief sessions with managers and staff on non-compliance with Departmental guidelines and policy procedures
  • Assisting with help desk functions, telephone and email enquiries, and promoting MAX Solutions services
Prior Qualifications:
  • Employment Services industry experience, demonstrating key skills and personal attributes
