Customer Service Representative for Trade Specialist Sector

We are seeking skilled customer service professionals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in the Trade Specialist sector. As a key member of our contact centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, live chat, and face-to-face interactions.
Your primary focus will be on assisting potential and current students with course information, helping them to enrol into courses using our complex enrolment system. You will also handle complex customer enquiries and conflicts, as well as perform various administration duties.
In this role, you will work closely with our blue-collar courses team, collaborating to deliver an outstanding student experience. You will have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple systems and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience in a contact centre or customer-facing role (minimum 12 months)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and technologies
- High level of problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Administration experience, including data entry and processing
This is a temporary casual opportunity, available to commence as soon as possible for a 3-month duration, with potential to extend pending business needs. You will be remunerated at $44.44/hour + super, working approximately 36.25-38 hours per week.
