A unique opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Project Coordinator for UXO Operations. As part of our dynamic and innovative project delivery function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our projects. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong understanding of project administration principles and practices to support the planning, execution, and delivery of UXO remediation projects.
This exciting role will see you working closely with senior project leaders to assist in project planning, proposal development, and contract delivery in line with client requirements. You will also be responsible for coordinating and supervising UXO field operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, you will monitor budgets, support financial reporting, and help keep projects on track.
The ideal candidate will possess 1–2 years' experience in project administration or a related role, preferably within the UXO, environmental, or technical fields. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, excellent attention to detail, effective communication and interpersonal abilities, and a sound understanding of budget management and reporting fundamentals are essential.
