Project Manager Opportunity

Leading UXO project delivery requires a skilled professional to ensure safe, efficient, and high-standard execution.

As the key point of contact for clients, build strong relationships while managing project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

The Project

Work at the forefront of a specialist field, driving projects that have a tangible impact on safety and development across the region.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and proposals in line with client and contract requirements.
  • Oversee all aspects of UXO field operations, ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage project finances, track performance, and provide accurate reporting.
  • Act as primary liaison for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of project documentation.
  • Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Champion continuous improvement across project management processes.
About You / Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management or assistant project management, ideally within UXO, environmental, or technical sectors.
  • Experience with UXO technical operations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Australian Defence Force (ADF) contracts is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
