About the Project Support Services Role

As a crucial member of our project team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless project execution across multiple Defence bases. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and supporting project activities, conducting data validation, and managing handover-takeover processes.

You will be responsible for assisting in planning, scheduling, and executing projects to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within scope. You will also conduct data validation activities to ensure accuracy and integrity of project data.

Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. You must ensure that all activities comply with relevant defence regulations and standards.

If you have experience in project coordination or a similar supporting role in a multi-site environment, preferably within the Defence sector, we encourage you to apply. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are essential for this role. Experience with data validation and management processes is also highly desirable.

Qualifications in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field are advantageous. However, your ability to manage complex environments and identify and address any issues or risks that may arise during project execution is crucial.
