About the Role

  • Retail select merchandise and represent iconic products servicing stores nationally in the paint and decorating departments.
  • You will be an instore ambassador for our business, developing strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • This is a casual role with multiple pathways for development into other businesses or full-time roles.

Please note that this position can be physically challenging from time to time.

We are looking for ambassadors to service Bunnings stores in the Cairns area. This is a casual role with shifts available on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 4 hours each day). There may also be opportunities for more hours across different areas, assisting with holiday and sick leave cover when needed.

No two days are the same. You'll be interacting with customers, hosting demos, and bringing energy to every event or store visit.

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and maintaining key customer relationships.
  2. Ordering, merchandising, and stock presentation(including manual handling).
  3. Maintaining in-store displays.
  4. Ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly.
  5. Assist with major planogram initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

  • Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have a vehicle.
  • Sound computer skills.
  • Strong time management, prioritisation skills, and initiative.
