About this casual role

Represent our iconic Dulux products in retail stores, servicing multiple locations nationally. You will be an instore ambassador for our business and develop strong relationships with stakeholders.

This role offers flexible pathways for development into other businesses within the company and/or full-time positions.

We are seeking a Brand Ambassador to service stores in the Cairns area, working weekends with shifts available on Saturdays and Sundays (4 hours each day). There may also be opportunities for more hours across different business areas, including assisting with holiday and sick leave cover when needed.

No two days are the same as you'll be interacting with customers, hosting demos, and bringing energy to every event or store visit. Gain valuable experience in customer engagement, product knowledge, and brand representation – perfect for building a career in marketing, sales, and/or retail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building key customer relationships.
  • Maintaining stock levels and presenting merchandise effectively.
  • Ensuring products are displayed correctly.

Requirements:
  • A self-motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Strong time management, prioritisation skills, and initiative.
