Job Description

This is a leadership opportunity to guide and inspire a team of engineers in structural engineering design, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects while fostering collaboration and continuous learning.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil/structural engineering, significant local experience in structural engineering design, and the ability to balance leadership and technical delivery. They will be responsible for managing structural engineering projects from concept through to delivery, building and strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the further development of internal processes and certified integrated management systems.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • Significant local experience in structural engineering design, team leadership across a diverse range of industrial and commercial projects.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance leadership and technical delivery.
  • Valid Australian Driver's License.
