Job Title

We are seeking a highly experienced Structural Engineer at Associate Director level to join our Victorian transport structures team in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting and project delivery background primarily in Melbourne and Victoria, with proven ability to lead design teams and manage complex projects.

  • A deep knowledge of Australian and Victorian bridge design standards and technical requirements is essential.
  • Proficiency in structural and asset management software tools is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and deliver specialist advice on design activities associated with transport structures such as bridges, culverts, retaining walls, gantries, and tunnels.
  2. Provide hands-on technical leadership and direction, developing design criteria, calculations, plans, and specifications.
  3. Serve as a Proof Engineer in Victoria and lead teams executing proof engineering services.
  4. Manage the development of structural asset management deliverables including reports, drawings, models, and specifications.
  5. Collaborate closely with local, national, and global teams to leverage expertise and deliver integrated solutions.
