Drive Business Success as a Corporate Banking Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Corporate Banking Specialist. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to drive business success by optimizing performance and supporting strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management and be able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. You will work closely with regional and global teams to identify key business risks and partner with product and controls offices to remediate risk and controls issues.

As a trusted advisor, you will help drive key business initiatives and optimize performance. You will support the execution of business initiatives, prepare business reviews, and assist with governance, process optimizations, and administrative tasks.

  • Support the execution of business initiatives and collaborate with local and regional teams to drive business success.
  • Provide high-level responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
  • Organize complex information strategically, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and facilitate next steps.
  • Identify key business risks and partner with product and controls offices to remediate risk and controls issues.
  • Prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area with prior experience in Business Management or COO role.
  • Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.
  • Sound judgment, professional maturity, and a high level of integrity.
