We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Therapy Mentor in our Northern Brisbane hub.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to our participants.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teams to implement evidence-based disability practice in their hubs and areas
  • Achieve clinical targets relevant to our Queensland hubs
  • Provide input into therapy plans, raise clinical concerns, and offer solutions
  • Mentor team members completing their induction program, including new graduates
  • Promote the Everyday Independence Clinical Model and champion new practices developed by the leadership team

You Will Be Successful If:

  • You have extensive previous experience in Occupational Therapy, preferably in community-based settings
  • You hold a tertiary qualified degree in Occupational Therapy and are registered with AHPRA for clinical work
  • You possess strong communication skills and can build relationships with key stakeholders
  • You have knowledge of contemporary therapy practices and services
  • You are committed to learning and development
  • You can prioritize and influence to deliver practical solutions within timelines
  • You have experience working with clinical strategy and achieving targets
  • You have experience or knowledge in risk prevention and management
  • You can compile, analyze, and present statistical data
