We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to lead our team of clinicians in delivering exceptional care to children and young people with diverse needs.

As a Team Leader Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values innovation, excellence, and professional growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of our paediatric services. You will be responsible for supervising and mentoring junior therapists, facilitating training sessions, and managing a caseload of paediatric clients.

In this role, you will have the autonomy to design and implement tailored therapy plans, conduct initial assessments, and provide ongoing support to your clients and their families.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care to children and young people.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $105,000 per annum, plus superannuation, and opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
