Job DescriptionWe're seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee all store operations. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Leading, motivating, and developing the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the supply chain to ensure stock availability.
- Implementing visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and appeal.
- Analysing sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to staff.
- Managing the store's budget, including expenses and payroll.
