Job Title: Store ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee all store operations. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, leading and developing the store team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure stock availability
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and appeal
- Analyse sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff
- Manage the store's budget, including expenses and payroll
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating amazing customer experiences
