Job Title: Store Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. This is a fantastic opportunity for a retail professional to lead a high-performing store team and drive sales growth.
About the Role
- Lead a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement store business strategies to meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
- Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and execute store plans and initiatives.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Provide coaching and feedback to store staff to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that the store is compliant with company standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
