As a Hotel Operations Manager at AccorHotel, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of all operational departments as required. This includes managing the roster, costings, and forecasting to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.

You will also be responsible for the professional development of Guest Service Agents & Porters to ensure strong succession planning. Additionally, you will be involved in and manage the setting of KPIs for Front Office & guest satisfaction.

Other key responsibilities include processing and assisting with check-in and check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered to. You will also assist in all areas of the hotel to eliminate potential issues, including Food & Beverage operations.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for immediately attending to guest requests and leading by example to other members of the team by being proactive and resourceful.

Finally, you will be responsible for the health and safety of all patrons, guests, and staff members, as well as overseeing the whole guest experience from Reservation through to departure.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in managing large airline crew movements and have a Senior First Aid Certificate. You will also need to hold an open manual driver's license and be available to work varied shifts, including weekends, overnight, and Public Holidays.

You will also need to have experience in Opera, Microsoft Word, and Outlook, as well as being able to manage your time and handle juggling numerous tasks at once.
