Manage the operational efficiency and performance of large-scale solar plants in Australia, prioritizing safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
About the Role:- Maximize asset value through analysis and optimization of system efficiencies.
- Establish effective relationships with contractors to ensure safe and efficient asset performance.
- Oversee daily operations of the Asset Management organization.
- Review and manage service provider contracts for obligations and responsibilities.
- Regularly review site performance on monitoring platforms.
- Monitor and control financial budgets.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Coordinate contract management processes with technical teams.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the solar market, with proven track records delivering project processes. Strong process orientation, technical IT skills, and proficiency in SAP financial systems are essential.
