Credit and Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit and Collections Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on commercial accounts, resolving outstanding debt matters, and acting as the first point of contact for partners and lawyers regarding their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on commercial accounts through outbound collection calls, emails, and reminders
- Resolve any outstanding debt matters by liaising with internal stakeholders
- Act as the first point of contact for partners and lawyers regarding client accounts
- Reconcile client accounts on a regular basis
- Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively manage credit and collections
- Continuously review credit limits and credit terms to minimize commercial risk
Requirements
