Home Care Scheduler Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Home Care Scheduler to deliver efficient scheduling of client services.

This role involves working closely with clients and staff to ensure client requirements are met, and schedules are full and efficiently planned.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of older individuals and their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient scheduling of client services that meet each client's needs.
  • Maximise utilisation of staff in line with their availability, location, and training competencies.
  • Schedule staff leave and events and reschedule any affected services in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all staff and client communication is recorded in our management system.
Requirements:
  • Advanced-level administrative skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A commitment to superior customer service delivery.
  • Desirable experience with client management systems.
