Job Description:

Scheduling Support Officer Role:

This role will support our Service Schedulers in arranging services that meet customer needs. You will work closely with customers, Service Schedulers, and care workers to ensure service requests and changes are clearly communicated.

You will also assist our Service Schedulers with administrative functions that facilitate effective care worker rosters and payroll processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Provide first-point-of-contact for client service requests, ensuring customers receive the best possible care.
  2. Work closely with schedulers and care facilitators to ensure data accuracy and foster a positive team culture.
  3. Plan and organise care worker rosters to meet customer needs efficiently.
  4. Manage the Scheduling Inbox, handle incoming calls, and maintain client communications with timely precision.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in scheduling or workforce rostering and knowledge of Home Care programs will be highly valued.
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Demonstrate understanding and appreciation of our Christian identity and promote our values through interactions at work.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure.
