Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of State Sales Assistant. This position will provide exceptional support to the Regional Sales Manager and the Off Premise team, ensuring the state office environment is productive and efficient.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and administration of the state office with precision and attention to detail.
- Analyse data, produce reports, and generate sales leads to drive business growth.
- Co-ordinate reception services, including customer support, stationery, and business card ordering.
- Effectively manage the Administration budget and submit invoices for payment via online systems.
- Serve as the Occupational Health and Safety representative for the state office.
- Organize and manage the state calendar, including scheduling meetings.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience with expertise in managing conflicting priorities.
- Previous experience in telesales and merchandising is an asset, but not essential.
- Familiarity with FMCG is also preferred but not mandatory.
Qualifications:
- A degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
