We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Producer to lead our project teams and drive positive outcomes.

About Today

We tackle society's biggest challenges and drive positive change in various sectors, including arts, public spaces, youth and families, cities, transport and housing, climate, education, First Nations justice, health and wellbeing, public service, and sustainable economy.

We believe in human-centred design, collaboration across crafts, and a passionate team of 60+ in Naarm (Melbourne) with a new Gadigal (Sydney) branch taking off.

You'll experience a welcoming environment filled with smart, fun, and caring people from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, who are passionate about creativity, making change, and learning from each other.

Exceptional communications skills are a must, and you must be legally able to work in Australia without limitations.

You should have an ability to thrive in a collaborative, creative team environment, want to treat others with kindness, empathy, and respect, be optimistic, bring humour, lightness, and play into your work, approach every moment thinking 'how can I help?', be a keen problem-solver, have an eye for detail, and be interested in working on projects that address social/environmental issues.

Our commitment

Benefits

We value your skills, experiences, and diverse perspectives, offer a flexible work environment, generous leave catered for inclusivity, and intentional care, including an employee assistance program.

You'll work on projects with purpose, making interesting, beautiful things that positively impact the community, be encouraged to continuously learn and grow, supported by a compelling career framework, frequent check-ins with your team, and empowered to shape the business, the work we do, and the impact we create.
