Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Advisor to provide strategic procurement advice and oversee the implementation of procurement policies, systems, and frameworks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate reporting on all procurement matters to ensure best practice processes are followed by project teams across all HI projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic procurement advice to both internal and external project staff
  • Supervise all procurement transactions and maintain procurement records
  • Oversight and monitoring of procurement policies, systems, and frameworks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A seasoned procurement professional with hands-on experience
  • An in-depth understanding of NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework
  • Conversant with procurement requirements across multiple categories including infrastructure and Goods & Services
  • Well-developed stakeholder management skills in a fast-moving environment
  • Adept at working autonomously and skilled at prioritizing tasks
