About the Role

The Procurement Expert will be responsible for driving strategic procurement initiatives across the business, focusing on value creation and end-to-end supply chain management. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to develop and implement procurement strategies that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for procurement-related enquiries and provide support to users on our systems.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and securing favorable terms.
  • Analyze supplier markets and assess risks to inform procurement decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage budgets and control costs.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong background in procurement, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. You should have experience working with procurement systems and a solid understanding of procurement processes and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in procurement at Category Specialist level or equivalent.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of procurement processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience using Coupa or similar procurement systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
