Senior Application Development and Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support and Development Specialist to join our team at Westpac Group. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and development services for our applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 SME support for a wide range of applications
- Influence the design, development, and testing of software solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure operational readiness
- Conduct resolution of incidents and problems
- Develop and maintain operational and system documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in application support
- Experience in a corporate IT environment
- Support experience in a Windows Server environment
- Experience with payments processing
- Proficiency in building environments, deploying applications, and managing server operating infrastructures
- SQL and PowerShell expertise
- Knowledge of SSL certificates and Web Application Firewalls
