
Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our organisation in the role of Regional Sales Manager. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and maximising sales volumes within regional NSW.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with key customers and distributor networks, and identifying opportunities within specific market segments.
- Maximise profit and sales volume for Cyclone Rural Products within designated regions
- Maintain and improve relationships with key customers and distributor networks
- Develop and implement regional sales plans, including promotions and incentives for each market segment
- Achieve regional sales targets, including budgeted tonnes and average sales prices
- Provide market and competitor feedback by regularly updating the Salesforce database and reporting insights to senior management
- Manage regional operating expenses, including travel, communication, and promotional activities
- Provide timely and accurate monthly sales forecasts and contribute to the budgeting process
We are looking for an exceptional individual who possesses:
- A rural background or experience in selling rural products
- Familiarity with wire products, their processes, and industry standards
- A passion for achieving targets and personal development
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
- A resourceful approach to identifying and resolving challenges
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and plan for success
