Job Role

This role as Technical Test Lead involves developing test strategies, leading test execution, and defect management. You will implement and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, and Rest Assured.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test strategies based on project requirements.
  • Lead test execution and defect management.
  • Implement and maintain automation frameworks.
  • Lead a team of automation testers.
  • Contribute to creating solutions for proposals on QA for customers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • At least 6-10 years of experience with Information Technology and tertiary qualification in IT/Computer Science.
  • Strong experience in UI and API Automation using Selenium, Rest Assured, and Postman.
  • Good understanding and experience in creating robust automation frameworks.
  • Experience in API automation testing, BDD/TDD, and Code Coverage tools.
  • Experience working with build automation tools and CI/CD tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to efficiently lead a team.
Desirable Skills

The following skills are desirable but not essential:

  • Exposure to latest trends in Quality Engineering space.
  • Knowledge on GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot.
  • Good experience on mobile automation solutions.
