Technical Architect - Marketing Automation


Description:

We are seeking a seasoned technical architect to design, implement and optimize enterprise-grade marketing automation ecosystems. This role plays a critical part in transforming customer engagement through seamless orchestration of campaigns, real-time personalisation and data-driven decision-making.

This position requires a deep understanding of platform knowledge, strong technical acumen and a strategic mindset to deliver scalable, secure and high-performing solutions that align marketing initiatives with business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, martech integration and platform architecture. Proficiency in one or more marketing automation platforms (SFMC, Adobe Campaign, Acoustic, Marketo, Braze) is essential.

A strong background in SQL for advanced data queries and automation logic, REST/SOAP API design and integration, programmatic architecture, development lifecycle and deployment, data architecture and management, identity and access management, and architect journey is required.

Experience in building enterprise-grade MarTech architecture that handles large-scale, real-time data and global audience segmentation is highly desirable.
