We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to oversee the resolution of cases with precision and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review case portfolios and engage with internal and external stakeholders through written and verbal communication.
- Identify root causes of resolutions and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date record-keeping.
- Cultivate positive working relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Support management in implementing efficient work practices.
- Master data input and extraction using Practice Evolve.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional organisational skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in typing, document drafting, and data entry.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
- General knowledge of financial services.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
