
Case Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full concern resolution support to customers through multiple channels.
- Respond to customer enquiries, regardless of complexity.
- Acknowledge, document, and follow-up on customer contacts until resolution.
- Take ownership of own case file and act as backup for designated buddy.
- Process expenditures related to customer concerns.
- Research complex issues and negotiate resolution for customers.
- Perform administrative tasks related to CRM management.
- Adhere to Contact Center Policies and Procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Contact Center, hospitality industry, or PR/Sales field.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with active listening skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other communication tools.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, language, and appearance.
