Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full concern resolution support to customers through multiple channels.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, regardless of complexity.
  • Acknowledge, document, and follow-up on customer contacts until resolution.
  • Take ownership of own case file and act as backup for designated buddy.
  • Process expenditures related to customer concerns.
  • Research complex issues and negotiate resolution for customers.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to CRM management.
  • Adhere to Contact Center Policies and Procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Contact Center, hospitality industry, or PR/Sales field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with active listening skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other communication tools.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, language, and appearance.
