As a Senior Clinician, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to our team, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, as well as participating in quality and governance improvement initiatives.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in general practice and experience in leadership and management. You will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical guidance and support to our team members
- Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures
- Participating in quality and governance improvement initiatives
- Conducting team meetings and staff training activities
- Managing the delivery of services against benchmark standards and other clinical governance Key Performance Indicators

About YouWe are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Has a genuine commitment to mentor, lead, and grow internal talent and champion a meaningful career pathway for our clinicians
You will also require:
- Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a medical practitioner in Australia with AHPRA
- A Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), Fellowship of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM) or Vocational Registration
- Post Graduate Qualifications in Health Management (Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma, Masters, PhD or Doctorate) or commitment to working toward same (Bupa supported fees)
