We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Strategist to drive innovation, build strategic partnerships, and ensure our superannuation product remains competitive and compliant.

This role will involve providing end-to-end support of all superannuation product management activities, driving growth and member retention through innovative product solutions, ensuring the superannuation product suite complies with regulatory frameworks, coordinating life insurance arrangements within the superannuation product, supporting APRA superannuation data submissions, providing technical expertise in resolving member complaints, and contributing to product strategy and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product development initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions
  • Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience in product management across superannuation and related financial services products
  • Strong understanding of superannuation business operations and regulatory frameworks
  • RG146 qualifications (not mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
