The Role:

We are looking for a General Manager Technology - B2C & Strategy who will lead the alignment of business and technology, define solution success, select product features that maximize business value, and advocate for best practices in multi-cloud implementation. Your right-brain skills like creativity and design thinking will drive your passion for innovation, and your inquisitive nature will enable you to explore new ideas and prototype solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a General Manager Technology or equivalent role
  • Experience working within the Salesforce Platform (Service, Sales and Marketing Clouds)
  • Experience within a Customer Contact Centre environment
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of Cloud architecture patterns and working Cloud native (AWS preferred)
  • Ability to understand and implement compliance and industry risk models to protect customer information (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST or equivalent)
  • Experience in DevOps model encompassing a 'Builder' culture
  • Innovative and questioning mindset to explore ideas and prototype solutions
  • Experience in leading/Managing external providers/vendors to realise business outcomes/goals
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence broad communities of technical experts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
  • Experience implementing and maintaining IT Financial Reporting processes within a DevOps environment
  • Understanding and experience of holistic IT planning, forecasting and reporting on execution
