Job Title

The goal of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of internal and outsourced IT services.

  • Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, overseeing incident and problem management processes, and partnering with vendors.
  • Develop operational reporting dashboards and KPIs for performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with service providers to oversee delivery of support and change initiatives.

Additionally, this position involves planning, implementing, and monitoring changes to the IT infrastructure.

Skills and Expertise
  • Proven experience in IT operations or service delivery management.
  • Deep understanding of ITIL practices and service lifecycle management.
  • Experience implementing or managing ITSM/ITOM tools.
  • Strong vendor management and contract performance oversight.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments and endpoint management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong stakeholder relationship focus and be able to maintain business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery processes.

This role also requires compliance with ISO27001 and APRA standards.

Furthermore, this position demands a deep understanding of technology services and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
