Salary InformationThe salary for this position is estimated to be between $65,000 to $85,000 per annum based on the location and job requirements.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing high-level administration support to assist with various tasks as part of the NI SME & Specialty team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating daily functions and operations, managing correspondence and communications, and coordinating team travel and expense management.
About YouWe are looking for an experienced administrative professional who can provide exceptional support to our Senior Management Team. Key responsibilities include effective diary management, email management, meeting management, and documentation management. In addition, you will be responsible for scheduling team travel, coordination of itineraries, and handling expense management.
To succeed in this role, you will need superior time management, organisational skills, and a high attention to detail to direct and prioritise your own responsibilities and workflow. Experience in providing high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced team environment is essential.
You will also need experience in building strong working relationships with all stakeholders, including internal and external contacts. Advanced competency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint is required.
