About Us:

Eficaz Consulting Pty Ltd is an Australian dairy company that produces a diverse range of products for domestic and international markets.

We are a rapidly expanding business, looking for self-motivated Processing & Machine operators to join our team based at our Winston Hills manufacturing plant.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure all OHS guidelines and procedures are followed, conducting work in a safe manner.
  • Follow Food Safety and Quality Systems requirements, ensuring no risk to product safety.
  • Clean and sterilize equipment before use, recording processes.
  • Set up and operate equipment or machinery depending on the area.
  • Liaise with Team Leader, maintenance, and Visy staff to ensure machines run optimally, reporting any issues.
  • Verify availability of raw materials and packaging, notifying Team Leader if missing.
  • Conduct checks, measurements, and controls, documenting on Production documents.
  • Collect samples as required in the Food Safety and Quality Management system.
  • Verify finished product crate, carton, or pallet counts, recording on production documents.
  • Assist in training other staff members as necessary.
  • Communicate issues, progress, and important information to the next shift through a diary system.
  • Leave areas clean, completing cleaning duties, including rubbish removal.
  • Prepare for the next shift, ensuring materials and packaging are available.

About You:

  • Work well in a team environment, possessing good communication skills with active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and energy to ensure tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining safe working practices.
  • Achieve team goals while working autonomously.
  • Understand HACCP and GMP principles, with strong attention to detail, safety, and reliability.
  • Prior experience in a food manufacturing environment, especially operating or processing in fresh & UHT manufacturing, is desirable.

  • Demonstrate basic problem-solving skills.
