Role Purpose

As a Retail Consultant, you will engage with customers, listen to their needs, and guide them to relevant products, welcoming them into our spaces. Through intentional interactions, you will deepen their experience of our products. Demonstrating products that meet customer needs, you will deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience that contributes to commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Effectively sell products and drive outcomes through sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Contribute to successful team participation and contribute to team goals
  • Manage relationships and foster a positive, inclusive experience for customers and colleagues alike
  • Develop open-mindedness and curiosity to understand others, listen without judgment, and value diverse perspectives
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date on skincare and industry trends (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home categories (advantageous)

This is a part-time position with an on-site working pattern.

Roster

  • Thursday 12:45 pm - 5:45 pm
  • Friday 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm
  • Saturday 8:45 am - 5:15 pm
  • Total hours: 17.75 per week
